By accepting the terms and conditions below, you will be able to view the live stream, view video recordings and listen to audio recordings of Ordinary Council and Special Council Meetings (Council Meetings) of the Town of Victoria Park.

Terms and conditions

• The Town of Victoria Park’s Council Meetings are open to the public and are live streamed, audio recorded, or video recorded.
• The laws of defamation apply to what is said at Council Meetings.
• Opinions expressed and statements made during Council Meetings are those of the individuals making them and not of the Town of Victoria Park.
• The Town of Victoria Park does not accept responsibility for any comments made during Council Meetings which may be incorrect, defamatory, or contrary to law and neither warrants nor represents that those comments are complete, reliable, or accurate and you must not rely on them.
• Nothing said during Council Meetings constitutes an official record of the Town of Victoria Park.
• Official notice of all applications determined at a Council Meeting, including planning and building approvals, will be given to applicants in writing, subsequent to the Council Meeting when the applications were determined.
• Endorsed Council minutes provide the only definitive record of Council’s resolutions.
• Copyright of the livestream and recordings and for all material published during Council Meetings is owned by the Town of Victoria Park, except for material to which copyright is acknowledged to persons or agencies other than the Town of Victoria Park.
• Livestreams and recordings must not be deconstructed or modified in any form, in particular, extraction of individual images or videos from the recordings is not allowed.
• For any reproduction, other than for personal reference or as part of a business transaction with the Town of Victoria Park, written permission must first be obtained from the Town of Victoria Park and requests should be directed to admin@vicpark.wa.gov.au.
